Project by Rebeca Vicens Sánchez for Habitat for Humanity of Puerto Rico

Quintana

Construction of three housing units in the Quintana community in San Juan for Habitat for Humanity of Puerto Rico’s (HFHPR) housing program. The design was done by Álvarez-Díaz & Villalón and the construction by IG Builders in collaboration with independent, corporate and institutional volunteers, including Banco Santander de Puerto Rico and the Army National Guard. Residents of neighboring houses also collaborated and, in return, HFHPR helped some of them with minor improvements to their homes.
